Donte Stallworth works out while on house arrest

Cleveland Browns receiver Donte Stallworth was sentenced to 30 days in jail for manslaughter while driving under the influence of alcohol. He served only 24 of those days. Along with those grueling 24 days, he was also sentenced to 2 years of house arrest and 8 years probation *violins playing*.

Today, a judge agreed to let him out the house to work out 4 days a week. What I'm trying to figure out is since he was suspended from the National Football League indifinitely, this work out is not job related so why was it approved?
You know where I'm going next, don't you?

Yup! Michael Vick. Michael kills some dogs and serves almost everyday of a 2 year sentence.

Donte Stallworth kills Mario Reyes, a 59 year-0ld construction worker, father of a 15 year-old daughter, a man who had worked all night and was just trying to catch a bus to go home. He serves 3 weeks.

It's not adding up to me.

  2. Girl, I was thinking the same thing. I was at lunch with coworkers today and the Stallworth story came on the television. I wanted to say, "He got better treatment for killing a person than Vick over a Damn dog." However, I didn't because we had a few serious dog lovers at the table. lol
