Serena, Venus and the Miami Dolphins?

Serena and Venus Williams will hopefully add another notch to their brand: football.
They are currently in talks to become part-owners of the NFL's Miami Dolphins.

This is big business and a great move. Tennis, clothing line, endorsements and now a stake in the NFL! If this goes through they will join Marc Anthony, Gloria and Emilio Estefan and Jimmy Buffett who became minority owners earlier this year.

"Venus and I are always trying to expand our brand," said Williams. "If the opportunity presents itself we would love to see where it can take us. Hopefully we'll be able to expand our brand."

I’m wondering now how many other women own NFL teams and it looks like the St. Louis Rams is owned by Georgia Frontiere, who inherited from her late husband.

That’s right Serena and Venus! Get that money!
